Age Guidance
J M Barrie’s Peter Pan is suitable for children aged 5 and over. If you’re younger than this, you’re not going to be turned away or fed to the crocodiles. It’s up to your parents to decide if you’re old enough to fly with Peter Pan, won’t be scared watching him fight with Captain Hook and will enjoy the whole two-hour show. All Children require their own ticket (of all ages)

Directions:
City Hall Plaza, directly in front of City Hall, is located in the heart of downtown Boston, at Government Center.
Public Transportation:
Take the MBTA Green or Blue line to Government Center station. Or take Orange or Blue line to State Street station. From the Red line, transfer at Park Street station to Green towards Lechmere. The 92 and 93 buses also stop outside City Hall on Congress Street.
Driving:
From the North:
Use I-93 South and take Exit 24-A for Government Center. Stay in right lane on ramp. At top of the off ramp, proceed across Surface Road onto Clinton Street. At end of Clinton Street, proceed left onto North Street. City Hall is directly ahead across the intersection of North Street and Congress Street.
From the South:
Use I-93 North and take Exit 23 for Government Center. Stay in left lane on ramp. At top of ramp, left lane becomes two lanes wide. Stay in lane marked for Government Center. This lane crosses Surface Road onto North Street. Follow North Street to intersection with Congress Street. City Hall is directly ahead across the intersection of North Street and Congress Street.
From the West on Storrow Drive:
Storrow Drive Traffic should access I-93 South. Use I-93 South and take Exit 24-A for Government Center. Stay in right lane on ramp. At top of the off ramp, proceed across Surface Road onto Clinton Street. At end of Clinton Street, proceed left onto North Street. City Hall is directly ahead across the intersection of North Street and Congress Street.
From East or West on the Massachusetts Turnpike:
Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) Traffic should access I-93 North. Use I-93 North and take Exit 23 for Government Center. Stay in left lane on ramp. At top of ramp, left lane becomes two lanes wide. Stay in lane marked for Government Center. This lane crosses Surface Road onto North Street. Follow North Street to intersection with Congress Street. City Hall is directly ahead across the intersection of North Street and Congress Street.
From the East via the Sumner Tunnel:
Traffic using the Sumner Tunnel should stay in the left lane marked for Government Center. Left lane exit ramp splits in two. Keep to left at this split for Government Center. From the top of the ramp, turn left onto New Chardon Street and proceed to Congress Street. Take a left onto Congress Street (passing under the Government Center Garage), proceed to the intersection with North Street. City Hall is directly on the right.

Yes we require all children to have a ticket and allocated seat.
Is Peter Pan a musical?
The Production is a Play but does feature some live music and a pre recorded fully orchestrated sound track.
What’s theatre in the round?
The audience are situated all around the stage in a circular formation. The performance is directed in front of you all around.
What is CGI?
CGI stands for Computer Generated Imagery. The images created are projected 360 degrees all around the tent.
Can I bring my own food and drink on site?
We invite our patrons to buy food and beverage at our Pavilion tent. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought on to our site. Outside food in hampers or cool boxes not allowed.
What is ‘Into Neverland’?
Ever wondered what happens backstage? How a show is created? Once a week on Saturdays at Noon, you can take a once in a lifetime glimpse behind the scenes of this production of Peter Pan, with insights from the award-winning creative team and how this spectacular production has been conceived and staged. Runs for 70 mins approx. Presented by Peter Pan cast members
What is the content of a’ Premium Seat package’?
Premium seats include best seats in the house, a tote bag and a souvenir program.
How much are tickets?
They range between $35 and $75. Premium Packages are also available.
Do you offer a child discount?
Yes, for Tuesday – Friday performances, kids under 12 Price Levels 1 and 2 only.
What’s the show Schedule?
Tuesday or Wednesday – through Friday at 7pm (some Wednesday Matinees at 11am/2pm) Saturdays at 2pm and 7pm and Sundays at 12.30 and 4.30pm.
What is the seating like inside the 360 Theatre?
Tiered, comfortable theatre seating. Chairs don’t have arm rests.
What time do the threesixty Theatre doors open?
30 minutes before show time.
When can we arrive at the site?
Neverland opens one hour before the performance begins. The auditorium 30 minutes before show time.
What will happen if I am late for the performance?
You will be held until a suitable point in the performance and asked to watch the live feed on our TV screen in the Pavilion. We have a late comers point approximately 12 minutes into the performance. A second point is 20 minutes after this followed by the intermission. You may also be asked to seat in easily accessible seating and moved to your own seats during the intermission.
What if my child gets scared/upset?
We invite you to watch the show on the TV screen in the Pavilion until he/she is confident enough to return to your seats..
Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes at the box office on City Hall Plaza opposite the Government Center T stop.T he box office on site is open Monday 10am - 6pm, Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 7.30pm, Sunday 10am - 5pm

Yes, In Blocks B and D. We also offer a discount on ADA seats to patrons and one friend.

Yes, this covers section D only.
Do you have a coat check?
Yes, the coat check/stroller check opens 30 minutes before show time. This is $1 per item.
Do you have food and beverage for sale on site?
An extensive range of food, snacks and beverage are on sale in our ‘Pavilion’.
Can I take food and drink inside the Threesixtyº theatre?
We invite you to take drinks inside the auditorium in plastic glasses. You can pre order drinks for the intermission! Hot food or food on plates will not be allowed inside the theatre.
Can I take photographs or video inside the 360 Theatre?
No, photography and filming is not allowed and all cell phones and pagers must be switched off.
Are animals allowed at Peter Pan?
With the exception of service dogs/Seeing Eye dogs, animals are not allowed.
Can I smoke at Peter Pan?
The Peter Pan site is a non smoking venue.

How do I get cast autographs?
We have no formal procedure for this but if you’re lucky you might just catch them at the main entrance!

We don’t make any special occasion announcement but if you choose to come and celebrate with us we can promise you a magical experience.
Can I arrange for my children to meet the cast?
We are unable to take requests or make arrangements of this nature.
