Orange County Performing Arts Center plays host to a unique event – a spectacular new production of J M Barrie’s classic story direct from engagements in London and San Francisco.

Conceived by an award-winning creative team this smash hit production features THE ORIGINAL LONDON CAST including Titanic star Jonathan Hyde as Hook and Abby Ford (Harry Potter) as Wendy plus amazing puppets, epic music, dazzling flying scenes and the world’s first 360-degree CGI theater set.

Performed in a state-of-the-art theatre pavilion, this magical new “in-the-round” production of Peter Pan is an extraordinary experience for the whole family

The show's duration is two hours and twenty minutes, including a twenty-minute intermission.

Generally, this show is not recommended for children under age five.

DISABLED & WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

There will be wheelchair-accessible seats in Section B, Row A, Seats 1-4 and Section D, Row A, Seats 10-13.

There will be A.D.A. seating in the first three rows of Sections B and D.

We also accept imprinted personal checks drawn on a California bank with valid California ID, as long as tickets are purchased ten business days ahead of the performance date. We also accept cash. Processing, handling, and delivery  fees will apply to ALL online and phone orders.

Everyone who enters the theatre must have a ticket, including children (even if he/she sits on your lap), and Accessible seating companions.

In general, the show is not recommended for children under five.

Curtain times are firm. Should you arrive late, you will be held in the lobby until the theatre staff determines an appropriate time to be seated by an usher. Of course by then, everyone in the theatre will know you were late.

The shows are copyrighted, so the use of cameras/picture phones (with or without flash) or any other recording device is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to confiscation of film, tape, disk, cards, etc., ejection from the theatre, and financial damages. For your protection, all cameras and picture phones should be placed in a pocket or purse (and kept there) when in the theatre. Cell phones, paging devices, and other electronic equipment are disruptive to the performers and audience's experience. Please take a moment to turn off all devices before entering the theatre.

The Orange County Performing Arts Center is located in the heart of the Orange County Theatre District, just East of South Coast Plaza. The Center can be easily reached from either the 405 or the 55 Freeways, with signage directing you to the Center.

Parking

There are several parking garages adjacent to the Center.

The closest parking structure for visitors to Segerstrom Hall and Founders Hall is located at the Center Tower Parking Structure, adjacent to Segerstrom Hall on Sunflower Avenue between Avenue of the Arts and Park Center Drive.

For visitors to Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and Samueli Theater, the closest parking is in the Plaza Tower Parking Structure, which is across Park Center Drive from the Westin South Coast Plaza and directly behind the concert hall and South Coast Repertory.

Current rates for performance parking are $8 (cash only). Please note that the Center neither owns nor operates any of these parking garages, and rates are subject to change.

Limited street parking is available for patrons visiting the box office.

How long is the Performance?
2 hours and 20 minutes (including a 20 minute intermission)

Is there an intermission?
Yes, for 20 minutes approximately an hour into the performance.

Age Guidance:
J M Barrie’s Peter Pan is suitable for children aged 5 and over. If you’re younger than this, you’re not going to be turned away or fed to the crocodiles. It’s up to your parents to decide if you’re old enough to fly with Peter Pan, won’t be scared watching him fight with Captain Hook and will enjoy the whole two-hour show. All Children require their own ticket (of all ages)

My child will sit on my lap. Do I still need a ticket?
Yes we require all children to have a ticket and allocated seat.

Is Peter Pan a musical?
The Production is a Play but does feature some live music and a pre recorded fully orchestrated sound track.

What’s theatre in the round?
The audience are situated all around the stage in a circular formation. The performance is directed in front of you all around.

What is CGI?
CGI stands for Computer Generated Imagery. The images created are projected 360 degrees all around the tent.

Can I bring my own food and drink on site?
We invite our patrons to buy food and beverage at our Pavilion tent. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought on to our site. Outside food in hampers or cool boxes not allowed.

What is ‘Into Neverland’?
Ever wondered what happens backstage? Once a week (available Saturdays at 11:00AM) you can take a once in a lifetime glimpse behind the scenes of this production of Peter Pan, with insights from the award-winning creative team and how this spectacular production has been conceived and staged. Runs for 70 mins approx.

What is the content of a’ Premium Seat package’?
Premium seats include best seats in the house! A souvenir brochure, and audio book, a free refreshment and a complementary merchandise gift.

How much are tickets?
They range between $30 and $75.  Premium Packages also available.

Do you offer a child discount?
Yes, during Peak Performances kids under 12 receive a $10 discount on Price Levels 1 and 2 and Off-Peak Performances kids under 12 receive a $15 discount on Price Level 1 and a $10 discount on Price Level 2.

What’s the show Schedule?
Tuesdays through Fridays at 7.00PM, Saturdays at 1:00PM and 6:00PM and Sundays 12:30PM and 6:00PM.

What is the seating like inside the 360 Theatre?
Tiered, comfortable theatre seating. Chairs don’t have arm rests.

What time do the Threesixty Theatre doors open?
30 minutes before show time.

When can we arrive at the site?
One hour before the performance begins

What will happen if I am late for the performance?
You will be held until a suitable point in the performance and asked to watch the live feed on our TV screen in the Pavilion. We have a late comers point approximately 12 minutes into the performance. A second point is 20 minutes after this followed by the intermission. You may also be asked to seat in easily accessible seating and moved to your own seats during the intermission.

What if my child gets scared/upset?
We invite you to watch the show on the TV screen in the Pavilion until he/she is confident enough to return to your seats..

Is there wheel chair accessible seating/ADA seating?
Yes, In Blocks B and D and If special assistance is required please call the Front of House Line on 1-714-556-2787. We also offer a discount on ADA seats to patrons and one friend.

Do you have a hearing assistance device?
Yes, this covers section D and please call 415-248-6099 to book this in advance.

Do you have a coat check?
Yes, the coat check/stroller check opens 30 minutes before show time. This is $1 per item.

Do you have food and beverage for sale on site?
An extensive range of food, snacks and beverage are on sale in our ‘Pavilion’. 

Can I take food and drink inside the Threesixtyº theatre?
We invite you to take drinks inside the auditorium in plastic glasses. You can pre order drinks for the intermission! Hot food or food on plates will not be allowed inside the theatre.

Can I take photographs or video inside the 360 Theatre?
No, photography and filming is not allowed and all cell phones and pagers must be switched off.

Are animals allowed at Peter Pan?
With the exception of service dogs/Seeing Eye dogs, animals are not allowed.

Can I smoke at Peter Pan?
The Peter Pan site is a non smoking venue.

What are my options of public transport?

How do I get cast autographs?
We have no formal procedure for this but if you’re lucky you might just catch them at the main entrance!

We don’t make any special occasion announcement but if you choose to come and celebrate with us we can promise you a magical experience.

Can I arrange for my children to meet the cast?
We are unable to take requests or make arrangements of this nature.
